Hi there!
My name is Amanda Erickson, but I’m mostly known online as my gaming alter-ego, LadySnip3r. I started cosplaying in 2011 and it really introduced me to how many amazing gamers/cosplayers are out there! Cosplaying inspired me to start my own blog in 2012, Console to Closet, where I create "every cosplay" looks by gaming characters. *Shameless promotion* If you're a fan of cosplay, or even games, you should seriously check it out - I'm very proud of the outfits I create and I love seeing people do their own spin on gaming inspired fashion.
Aside from running my blog, I spend most of my time working as a community manager, watching Netflix marathons, playing games with my husband, and starting (but never finishing) a million craft projects.
I'm primarily using DeviantArt to showcase my cosplays - but I might throw in a few of my crafts as well. Feel free to get in touch, ask questions or leave some feedback. I try to do tutorials for each costume and will include links to them on the image descriptions.
I'm always looking for photographers for various cons, so please feel free to reach out if you are an interested photographer. Also, feel free to edit any of my images (you'll probably do a better job than me), but please let me know if you plan on publishing them somewhere on the interwebs. Thanks!

Hey everyone,
Sorry about the lack of pictures lately - My life has been hectic! I've been going strong with Console to Closet, got a full-time job at a marketing agency, and found out that I'm graduating early. To top that all off, I've been working on two costumes for this year's upcoming cons: Liara from Mass Effect 3 and Rapunzel from Tangled.

Can't tell you how much I LOVE your blog, deviantart page, facebook page, and. . . yeah, I think I follow you just about everywhere XD. For us girl gamers who are sucky at fashion, you are just what the doctor ordered! I've been sending your page to all of my other gamer friends, and we're already planning shopping trips to revamp our wardrobes. (I was that kid in high school who wouldn't wear anything a Jedi or bounty hunter wouldn't wear XD - so I spent a lot of time in my dance clothes (dance team, you know) and sweats
